Apar is really cool and he definitely didn't write this bio. A couple of years ago, he was free on a Tuesday evening and randomly decided to go to an Improv meetup at Improv Impact. He had no idea about what he was signing up for. Since then he has fallen in love with Improv. Outside Improv, he plays too much volleyball and loves outdoorsy activities. This might impress you but he can play a total of 2.5 songs on the guitar!
Brittany has spent the last year in improv and theater learning how to turn chaos into comedy — and occasionally, art. She enjoys bringing stories to life and letting the voices in her head out every now and then. Brittany's looking forward to what her comedic future holds!
Courtney Payne brings quick wit, warmth, and pure joy to the Yuba-Sutter Improv stage. She’s a special education teacher, a laughter yoga lover, and someone who can turn just about anything into a community event. She truly believe humor heals. Her goal is to help people feel connected, welcomed, and be able to just be themselves. She also enjoys being a part of the audience to her fellow improvisers. She shows up with heart, mind, and the kind of contagious laughter that fills a room.

Hailing from the mean streets of rural Colusa California, Steve has no formal training in theater arts—and it shows. After wandering into a free Improv workshop in 2023, he simply forgot to leave. With questionable talent, no shame, and no exit strategy, he’s somehow become a regular performer. As the troupe’s resident senior citizen, Steve is known for his offbeat characters, physical comedy, and truly questionable choices. Steve is a frequent contributor to The Butte Stuff Gazette. He’s living proof that growing old doesn’t mean growing up.
